What NegriCo is
NegriCo is the company I use to advise owners and to run the other things I am working on. Laicos, the software studio, is where most of the building happens, and the two work closely together. What I recommend is what gets built. I am hands-on in each of them.

How we work
Advice and building are one conversation.
What I recommend is what we build, so nobody pays for discovery twice.
Judgment comes first.
We do not take a seat on someone else's roadmap and build what we are told with no say in why.
Small on purpose.
I take on one or two engagements at a time.
About Ryan
I built Negri Electronics, an online distributor of unlocked mobile phones, to $54M in revenue and sold it to a private equity firm in December 2013. Along the way I hired people to build the custom software the business needed, and I learned first hand how much custom software can help. I founded Laicos in 2012, and today we build that software ourselves. I have also invested in and worked with startups, and I am a certified mindset and growth coach.
